Moving to Pensacola, Florida? Here are some things we think you have to do in your first 90 days.

If you are moving to Pensacola, Florida, get ready for an endless amount of entertainment and excitement. The climate and vibe of the city is perfect for outdoor activities and after-hours fun. There is truly something for everyone. Pensacola is a beautiful city that has fantastic museums, diverse shopping and markets, expanding culture, and beautiful, sandy beaches. Here are some must do’s for your first 90 days in Pensacola!

  1. Beaches – If you’re moving to Florida, beaches are a huge part of the culture. Pensacola has a great set of white, sandy beaches with two different waterfronts. The water is crystal clear, and the panhandle sun makes the waves sparkle off the coast. There is also a variety of shops and stores. It is nice to know you’ve got a tropical paradise in your backyard!

  1. Palafox Market – If you’re looking for some unique local markets or just something fun to do on a lazy Sunday, the Palafox Market is a great way to spend your day. The Palafox Market offers so many things from antiques to fresh veggies. Individual stands all sell different goods and all vendors are extremely nice and will do their best to make sure your experience is wonderful! See details here.

  1. Naval Aviation Museum – Pensacola is host to one of the coolest museums around. The National Navel Aviation museum is home to 150+ cool aircraft used by our nation’s Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard throughout the years. In fact, this is the world largest naval aviation museum. There is a movie theater where you can fly around in a cockpit like you’re actually up in the sky! From flight simulators to decommissioned aircraft, The National Naval Aviation Museum is a great stop for anyone. Check it out !

  1. Seville Quarter – Arguably one of the coolest places you could ever go. Originally founded 40 years ago, Rosie O’Grady’s Goodtime Emporium has developed into the Seville Quarter. This place is literally seven differently themed rooms, under one roof. From the originals Rosie O’Grady’s piano show and Phineas Phogg’s dance club, to Fast Eddie’s Billiard Parlor and The End o’the Alley live music shows, there is a room for every group of people to enjoy. My Personal favorite is Lili Marlene’s, a World War I aviators pub with karaoke four nights a week! Check out the website here !!

Pensacola, Florida is a spectacular place to move to and you will be welcomed by cheerful and caring people and beautiful paradise cultures. There is never an absence of fun things to do and this list is just our short list! Get excited because your exciting, Pensacola story is beginning and you get to be the author, so go write it!
